In preparation for the release of BackdropCMS v. 1.12.0 on January 15th, I'm going to spend some time this coming Saturday working on issues and possibly writing documentation. If you are in the Twin Cities, please feel free to come by from 12:00-3:00pm or join me virtually in Gitter/Github. 

Beginners welcome, we have opportunities to contribute to the BackdropCMS project with code, documentation, or testing. Come by and we'll help get you started.
