We onboarded a new hosting client from a business that was closing.
The client, Tiptoes and Tapper had just gone live with a WordPress site and were having problems with the developers not responding to query emails and would not fix problems so Tiptoes asked us if we could take over the maintenance of their site.
To say the site was a mess, was an understatement... we put forward a proposal to recreate the site using Backdrop CMS and while the customer was sceptical because they had not heard of Backdrop we showed them what Backdrop CMS could do by creating a demo site.
The demo was successful and we were commissioned to build a new site.
The site went live in July 2022 and the customer is really pleased with Backdrop.
Parents can register an account and easily add their children to classes.
The backend management uses Views heavily with the facility to export classes to Excel spreadsheets and CSV files.
