Text filter that removes empty paragraphs.
Empty Paragraph Killer is helpful if your writers tend to press return twice
between paragraphs, resulting in an "empty" paragraph (p nbsp; /p) when the
content is viewed. This module removes that sort of paragraph.
Installation

Install this module using the official Backdrop CMS instructions at
https://docs.backdropcms.org/documentation/extend-with-modules. -
Visit the configuration page under Administration > Configuration >
Text editors and formats. -
Click the Configuration button for one of the listed text formats.

Under Filter settings, click the checkbox for "Empty paragraph filter".

Move Empty paragraph filter to the bottom of the filter list, unless you know
there are other filters that need to be processed after it. -
Click the Save Configuration button.
