Creates a subtheme from a given base theme.
Installation and usage
- Copy Devel Subthemer directory to your modules directory
- Enable the module at the module administration page
- To create a subtheme, go to admin/config/development/devel-subthemer and
fill out the form as required. - The subtheme will be created, then copied to the 'themes' directory.
