The America's Best Bootfitters website has a rich archive of relational content: boots that have styles, and categories, shops that sell specific brands and specific boots in certain locations, and different types of boot testers with their own preferences and comments about each boot. The dynamic relational nature of this content is one of the things Backdrop CMS does best.

Why was Backdrop chosen for this project? 
  • Boot-test results come in quickly, and need to be easily entered by people new to the system every year.
  • The America's Best Bootfitters website needs to house and display this complex and inter-related content gracefully.  
  • The previous ABB website was built in Drupal 6, and the team was looking forward to applying their existing knowledge of Drupal architecture to an updated system with an improved user interface.
