A Views plugin to create a smooth horizontal news like ticker tape also called a scrolling marquee using only CSS on an infinite loop.

Installation:
Install this module using the official Backdrop CMS instructions at https://docs.backdropcms.org/documentation/extend-with-modules
Documentation:
Create a new View with a Block.
Select the "Horizontal Ticker Tape" Format
Configure the Settings for the Horizontal Ticker Tape
- CSS Padding between items.
- CSS Padding between fields.
- CSS Height of the wrapper.
- Duration in seconds.
- Select Flex direction.
Add fields
Under "Block Settings"
Add a block name under "Block admin label"
Save View
Configure page layout and add the Views Block.
