Menu Tools safeguards Backdrop menus: snapshot a menu from its Configure page
and restore it with one click from the menu listing. It auto-captures pristine
core menus (user, management, main) on enable and includes a reset/restore
helper for any menu (the Administration menu uses the special reset flow).
Requirements
- Menu module (core).
Installation
- Install this module using the official Backdrop CMS instructions:
https://docs.backdropcms.org/documentation/extend-with-modules - Enable Menu Tools.
- For any menu, visit Configure and check “Save current menu structure as a
restore point,” then save to capture the snapshot. - Use the “Restore” link in the menu operations dropbutton to restore from the
snapshot (or reset if none exists).
