Android Chrome Shortcut ensures that when an Android user with Chrome based
browser creates a shortcut to your Backdrop site, that a shortcut is created
rather than offering to install as an app.
It fixes an odd behavior with Chrome based browers on Android. For an unknown
reason, when you try to add a shortcut (via 'Add to Home Screen') to a Backdrop
CMS website, it offers to install as an app rather than create a shortcut. This
module creates and delivers a minimal web manifest file that tells the browser
that the website should be opened in the browser, which ensures a shortcut is
created rather than an app installed.
