Insert anchor links using the rich-text editor.
Requirements
- CKEditor module
Installation

Install this module using the official Backdrop CMS instructions at
https://docs.backdropcms.org/documentation/extend-with-modules. -
Visit the Text editors and Formats administration page and configure each
format. Administration > Configuration > Content Authoring >
Text editors and Formats (admin/config/content/formats). -
Drag the anchor button (flag) into the button bar for each editor.
